Cancellation Policy
DEPOSIT | In order to keep your Full Set appointment in place a NON REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT will be required and goes towards your total service fee. | CANCELATION POLICY | ALL appointments MUST be cancelled within 48 HOURS from your appointment time. Anything less than 48 HOURS will be charged 50% of the total service fee. | NO SHOW POLICY | No-Shows will also be CHARGED 50% of the total service fee. | LATE APPOINTMENT POLICY | I understand that things happen but AFTER 9 minutes from your appointment time consider your appointment cancelled and you will be charged 50% of the total service fee. | REFUNDS | RETURNS | EXCHANGES | ABSOLUTELY NO REFUNDS, RETURNS OR EXCHANGES. WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO REFUSE SERVICE TO ANYONE IF POLICIES ARE NO LONGER BEING RESPECTED OR FOR ANY REASON AND YOU WILL BE BANNED FROM BOOKING AGAIN. If you are having retention issues please contact me so we can work out a solution. By booking with us you are agreeing to ALL policies. NO EXCEPTIONS FOR ANY OF OUR POLICIES.
